“I have been going to Banister Nutrition for about a year. They have helped me understand what it takes to control my diabetes. They counseled me on better food choices and portion control, and that you don’t have to give up all the foods you love.”

“Banister Nutrition encourages me to make healthy choices for a life style change, with no specific diet and forbidden foods. They guide me to make intelligent choices while enjoying gourmet meals and achieving weight loss.”

“Throughout my time as a client of Banister Nutrition, I have gained so much more than just nutritional guidance. Having struggled with an eating disorder for quite some time, the professionals at Banister Nutrition understand that it is not just about food. I have learned how to be strong, not only physically, but emotionally and mentally as well. I have learned to reevaluate what it means to be healthy, fit, and strong, and it has made a world of a difference.”
